Automatically tag members, organizations, and activities with workflows

We originally launched workflows to help you automate outreach and engagement programs on Slack and Discord. With our latest release, we've expanded workflows to help you organize your community in Common Room. With custom tag workflows, you can automatically identify and tag notable members, organizations, and activities in your community.

There are three new templates available:

• Tag a member: Create a set of filtering criteria that automatically applies a custom tag to members in your community. If a member stops satisfying the criteria, you have the option to automatically remove the tag from them.

• Tag an organization: Create a set of filtering criteria that automatically applies a custom tag to organizations in your community. If an organization stops satisfying the criteria, you have the option to automatically remove the tag from them.

• Tag new activities: Tag new activities in your community as they happen based on a custom set of filtering criteria.
