A unified view of each member across all of the various platforms through which they engage with you is the key to better understanding and engaging with your community. We use intelligence to automatically build this unified profile for you and give you the ability to merge any members we might not catch (yet). You can now merge two member profiles directly from the member explorer table, so you can seamlessly clean up  your Room without losing your place.
