Common Room helps you better understand your community by creating a unified view of each member across all the various platforms or channels through which they engage with you. We use intelligence to automatically merge profiles, but if we aren’t sure if two profiles are the same person, they’ll now show up as proposed merges at the top of the members table. You can easily sort through your proposed merges to clean up your Common Room and create powerful member profiles.
