Create and track member cohorts with Segments

Segments allow your team to collaboratively create and track groups of members within your community. You can use segments for tasks like tracking product champion programs, staying up to date on event attendees, or managing a community-led content series.

In your segments, you’ll see a list of members, as well as customizable statuses to keep track of information related to each member. Each segment also has its own activity feed, so you can see what your cohort has been up to. Segments are built for collaboration, so you and your teammates can view and edit all segments created in Common Room. You can also add team notes on segments to ask questions or leave feedback for your teammates.
