Track account-based engagement with organization segments

We created segments to give users a collaborative workspace to manage, track, and take action on the members in their community. Now, you can create organization segments for account-based engagement. Similar to member segments, you can automate adding, removing, and updating the statuses of organizations in your segment. Org segments are a powerful way to help you engage with customers at the account level and take action at the organizational level, rather than on an individual level.
