For customers that consider all of their Twitter followers, regardless of their contributions via tweets/retweets/etc, as members of their community, having the ability to import and track followers is a fundamental requirement when working with Twitter.
The two primary use cases that this functionality will open up are:
Customers will now be able to view and manage all of their Twitter followers directly in Common Room.
Customers will be able to track new follows as an action within Common Room.
Importing Twitter followers will be a white glove experience, meaning that customers will have to explicitly request it via a new “Contact Us” link in the accounts section of the Twitter settings page.
