Sortable created column for Tags and Fields

The Common Room team
We now allow users to audit what tags and fields have recently been created in Common Room (and by whom) so that they can periodically clean up their tags and fields if desired. Under settings, the Tags and Fields pages both contain redesigned tables following our new UI patterns (like the action bar) and sortable column headers. The "created" column is new, and sorting on this column sorts by creation date.
