Reply to and @mention your teammates for easy collaboration

You can use team notes to track important details and next steps for members, organizations, and segments, and now, you can leave messages directly for your teammates. With replies, you can have threaded discussions for easier, clearer communication, so you can keep track of past notes and see the full context moving forward. If someone replies to your message, you’ll automatically get an email letting you know. If you’re starting a new thread or want to loop someone into an existing one, you can now @mention teammates, which will send an email alerting them of your message.
