New default member and organization tags

We've added three new default member tags and one organization tag to help you keep track of your prospects, leads, and customers.

Member tags:

• Community qualified: Tag members in your community that are qualified leads based on their digital engagement data in your community channels

• Ideal persona: Tag members in your community that match your company's target personas

• Product qualified: Tag product users that are qualified leads based on their product usage data

Organization tag:

• Ideal customer profile: Tag organizations that match your company's ideal customer profile (ICP)

All of these tags are fully customizable and free for all users. Head over to the settings page to set them up today.
