New "Action Bar" replaces pop-up pill action module

Take action in Common Room faster with the new "Action Bar". We've replaced the existing action pill pop-up that appeared at the bottom of the screen after selecting members, activities, or organizations with the "Action Bar" located just below the filters bar. We did this in order to help users access actions they'd like to take even faster, making their daily workflows more efficient.
