As Common Room increasingly becomes a system of record and intelligence for companies to track information about their customers, our users want to start tracking more sophisticated information via multi-valued (rather than single-valued) custom fields.

Multi-valued fields are commonly used by customers in similar systems of record like CRMs, so this update allows us to provide a similar data model to what our customers are used to.

Examples of use cases for multi-valued custom fields include:
- Beta features being trialed by a customer (A, B, C)
- Technical frameworks being used by customer (X, Y, Z)
