Member merge modal refresh

We've made a lot of technical investments on the back-end for improving our merge system. This is the visual companion for those investments. We made it more clear why the proposed merge was being suggested and what issues it may have. We also tightened up the elements being displayed so that the user can quickly scan information they would use to determine whether or not the members being presented are the same.
