Improvement to Segment CSV Export: Exports Now Respect Current Filters

Why did we build it? What customer use cases are we trying to solve?

We've heard from a few customers that they'd like to combine Common Room's powerful filtering capabilities with our data-out capability. To date, when exporting a segment to CSV, we've exported all members. This change makes it so that the exported CSV matches what's displayed in the current segment members table, and respects the same set of filters.
