Improved job change visibility

To save reps a few clicks, we added last organization, last title, and org change date as columns in member views. Now you can see who changed jobs, when, and from where, all in one place!

Common Room users can access org change member columns from the “Edit columns” modal in segments. The "Org change date" column can be used to sort the member list view.
