De-anonymize your Discord members with our verification workflow

Discord communities are full of anonymous members with obscure user names. In order to make your Discord community a true customer channel, you need insight into who your members are, where they work, and their history with your company. You can now set up the Discord member verification workflow to create a post that asks users to verify their identity. Optionally, you can assign a Discord role to members who are verified and use that as an incentive for your members to do so.

For your members, the process is as easy as two clicks. Once they click the "verify" button in your Discord post, they'll get a modal asking them to click "authorize" and confirm that they consent to verifying their identity. That's it!
