Automatic activity categorization

A major part of building thriving communities is listening to and acting on what your users are saying. Many of you already use activity tags to organize everything from community praise to feature requests for your team to consider. We wanted to make this workflow even easier, so we now use machine learning to automatically tag content by common themes such as appreciation, bugs, questions, and more.

We won’t always be 100% right — after all you know your community best — but it should help you do more, faster.
